Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
Pre-ETS is a service that we provide to students in the local school systems including public, private, charter and homeschool programs. The Pre-ETS Program is designed to prepare high school students, who have an IEP (Individual Educational Plan) or a 504 Plan, for the exciting life and work-place expectations outside of high school. Get ready to take on the world!
TCI staff members are working hand in hand with the NC Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD) and the local school systems (public, private, charter and homeschool programs) to achieve an amazing goal!
Students are actively involved in obtaining Milestones in various areas such as Vocational Interest, Labor Market Exploration, Job Exploration, Job Seeking tools, Work Behaviors, Attitude Skills, and Job shadowing to enhance their lives while in high school and prepare for beyond.
